Robert Snaith – Director and Business Development Manager of CES Ltd. Robert has worked in enterprise and start up support services since 1987 as both an advisor and a trainer. Working for organisations such as Business Link Coventry & Warwickshire, Stafford Enterprise, Business Enterprise Support Ltd, Black Country Business Link and Executive Director of Walsall Enterprise Agency. Robert also acts as a Business Mentor for the Princes Trust. He is also the principal of R & G Associates in Wolverhampton

Judith Kirkland – Director of CES Ltd and CEO of Business Enterprise Support Ltd. Judith has been with Business Enterprise Support since 1997 and has worked in the enterprise field for the last 20 years. Judith is responsible for a range of public sector contract delivery for organisations such as Business Links, Connexions, JobCentre Plus and the LSC. She also manages the Quality Systems for the company and is very experienced at partnership development.

Jill Levens – Director of CES Ltd and Director of Business Initiative. Jill has worked for BI since 1990 and is very experienced in the delivery of both business support and training service to new and existing small businesses. Jill has successfully delivered AWM contracts for North Staffordshire for start up provision and directed a team of business advisors and support staff.

Ian Carlier – Director of CES Ltd and Business Development Director of Business Enterprise Support Ltd. Ian has been with Business Enterprise Support for 8 years and has been key in designing new programmes for delivery to specific target groups such as offenders.
